Major Cities of Europe’s mission is to support local governments in sharing experiences, solutions and strategies in the use of information and communication technologies and leading edge innovation in the administration of local governments and in the development of new services for the well-being and the wealth of their constituents and for the local economy. UP2030 was presented by Samuele Baroni during the plenary session, included in the most innovative projects of Maggioli Group Research and Development department regarding smart cities.
